o Basic Membership

o $15 a month and locks in the $50 hourly fee

o Upgraded Membership

o $20 a month, locks in the $50 hourly fee and change out air filters 4 times a year

o Premium Membership

o $30 a month, locks in the $50 hourly fee, changes out the air filters every 2 months, change out batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and thermostats every 6 months

*air filters and batteries will be covered in the membership fees

If you have chosen one of our upgraded or premium packages, our office staff will work with you on the timeframes selected to ensure we have you scheduled for your routine maintenance!

Need a maintenance call? Schedule with our office to get your repair needs taken care of! Our membership locks in our affordable hourly rates to ensure that you are getting the best care for your homes.

Membership Terms

o All memberships are for a 12-month period

o Any cancellation requests are to be submitted in writing and require a 30 days’ notice. Cancellations will require payout of remaining months on membership.

o If a cancelled member wishes to re-establish membership, they will have to sign a new membership agreement and pay the monthly fees, memberships will not be re-instated
